Seller's Agreement Below:
This Agreement outlines the financial relationship between Findfurnish, LLC. ("Company" or "FF") and the Seller for the sale of Seller's item(s) (“Items”). This is not a consignment agreement. Both parties agree to collaborate as described below. This Agreement incorporates the Terms of Service, which govern all interactions and transactions.
By agreeing, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service available in the footer of every page on this website.
Key Terms
1. Items and Inventory
- Seller grants FF the right to review, document, and market selected Items for sale.
- A documented inventory, including descriptions and photos, will be shared with the Seller.
2. Pricing and Restoration
- FF determines pricing and markdowns at its discretion.
- Restoration costs exceeding $50 require Seller approval; if no response is provided within 10 days, FF may adjust the sale price to exclude restoration costs.
-Any needed restoration to make the Items viable for sale will happen at the discretion of FF, and costs will be removed from Seller's payout per line item with documentation for what and why. We aim to keep this minimal if anything.
-Costs for restoration are not shared, but FF will cash flow the costs until the sale occurs.
3. Payouts and Fees
- FF retains a flat 50% fee on all sales, which includes all credit card fees, but does not include restoration or work needed to make the Items viable for sale.
- All sales are issued on the Payout Schedule (Section 8 below) based on the sale completion date - which is the date of final delivery and acceptance of the Items by the customer. We commit to that within 60 days to account for the extremes in shipping, delivery, and other fulfillment processes, but almost every instance the timeframe is dramatically less.
-Our preferred payout method is ACH and will be sent as soon as the final sale date has been recorded and reporting is completed. We will payout all balances via ACH, even those under $250. This is the fastest way to receive payment.
- Payments issued by check will be processed only when the Seller’s balance exceeds $250, and will be dropped in a mailbox, if not picked up before close of business on the "Payout Before" date in (Section 8 below).
4. Sales Tax
- FF will collect and remit applicable sales tax.
5. Ownership of Digital Assets
- FF retains ownership of all images, scans, and digital assets related to Seller’s Items.
- Sellers may not advertise Items in FF’s possession without prior written approval.
6. Insurance and Liability
- FF does not insure against theft or damage. If FF causes damage, it will repair or replace the affected Item where feasible.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate this Agreement with 60 days' written notice.
- Upon termination, FF may return unsold Items at its discretion.
